practice will be closed between 1.00 - 2.00 pm for a practice meeting. during this time the telephone will be diverted to go to doc so urgent calls can be answered. unfortunately it will not be 2018 - telephone problem we are continuing to have problems with our telephone system. some calls are getting through, some are just getting the engaged tone but most are not being connected properly. when we answer a call the caller can not hear us. the it department have given this problem a high priority and we hope it will be fixed as soon as possible. we apologise for any inconvenience this and they publish their findings, including performance ratings to help people choose care. the cqc inspected our practice on tuesday 10th november 2015. the cqc inspection team spent a full day at the practice speaking to patients & staff and also checking our policies & procedures to ensure we are providing people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care. we have now recieved our report and dr perkins and the staff are pleased to inform you that the practice was awarded with an overall rating of "good". thank you to our patients who took the time to speak to the cqc inspector
